Grupo Suárez es una empresa promotora de construcción y de desarrollo inmobiliario, que nace en 1972 inicialmente brindando servicios de construcción a otras promotoras.

Nuestros inicios se remontan a la construcción de proyectos para importantes promotoras del país, tanto de proyectos para las familias más humildes, como de clase media y alta, siendo una de las empresas pioneras en la construcción de residenciales privados en Panamá en sectores como Albrook, Costa del Este y Condado del Rey, entre otros.

Luego de esta experiencia Grupo Suárez decide emprender su propio camino como compañía promotora y utilizar todo el conocimiento obtenido y el talento de su gente para iniciar la promoción de sus propios proyectos.
En nuestros 47 años de experiencia hemos logrado desarrollar en los últimos 10 años proyectos propios dedicándonos a la promoción y venta de los mismos, con más de 25 mil viviendas entregadas en el territorio nacional.

En la actualidad contamos con proyectos en el área oeste y metropolitana, ofreciendo un portafolio de proyectos variados en diferentes segmentos y para diferentes familias, con el objetivo de poder atender las diferentes necesidades de la sociedad panameña.
